I lodged my first call telephonically 28October 2013.
Since then I have phoned twice a week, I have 6 call logging reference numbers, and 2 "escalation" reference numbers. It been a month and absolutely no progress has been made! NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING!!!
Its a business line in the East of Pretoria. Is it possible that Telkom in the East of our Capital is so ridiculously incompetently useless? What do I pay for?
