Our business ADSL line has not functioned properly since1 December 2013 (Fault Reference 287CRK011213). Now it is not even functioning at all (No Synch). We cannot even use the line for calls the noise has gotten so bad. I have called about 20 times since and keep getting told it is being escalated. I have seen a technician here once for 5 min. We have had to resort to using our backup 3G Router. I should send them the bill for this. I have escalation numbers up to my ears. 30 days for an open fault. Utterly useless... So much for business assurance. If there was another proper fixed line operator in SA - Telkom would have lost my business long ago. Shocking and on top of it they are probably going to send me a bill for December.
