2 months paying for faulty line

I have had an intermittent adsl line for nearly 2 months, it never stays connected for more than 20 mins.
I have countless reference numbers and have spent hours on the phone with telkom. The next day they just close the call, when i phone again i get a new reference so my complaint never seems like its more than a day or 2 old. There are exposed wires on my line, i am certain the problem is on my property, yet they refuse to come fix it, they just close the call every morning. 4 times they have made a note on the call that the problem is on my property, yet they continuously close the call without ever coming to fix it.
Trying to run a small business on this line, but how can i do that without email and internet banking?
This problem is eaffecting my business and income.
