So, telephones are down in Elsies River for going on two weeks now. I made one of these a week ago which got a response from Telkom and an escalation reference number. This number could've just been a random collection of 6 numbers for all the good it's done.

This form does absolutely nothing. I haven't got a call back, I haven't got an e-mail or sms. I haven't even gotten an automated response! I still don't know whats wrong, what is being done to fix it if anything or when it'll be fixed.
What's the point of complaining about customer support when it doesn't exist?
