INCORRECT AIRTIME APPORTIONED ON 21 JULY 2013

On the 06th July 2013 I lodged a complaint on website about the cancellation of an upgrade at Mtn on my cellphone number 0839790331. The supplier responded on the 13th July 2013 as per Nomonde Req : 2395102 and assured me that this matter has been resolved.

On the 21st July 2013 I found out that still an incorrect airtime of R100-00, 25 sms and 20 mb data were apportioned to my cellphone number 0839790331.

I am on Mtn Anytime Topup 50 package and I was supposed to get my last R50-00 airtime and 25 sms only. My contract ends on the 26th July 2013 and I don't want to upgrade it.

I contacted Mtn call centre as per reference 102281831 but the airtime reversal was not done.
