For the past 3 weeks at least, the network speed has been dismal. I am sure that even Fred Flinstone's tablet had a faster network speed. Sent in a network fault logging form over a week ago and still nothing. Only a phone call to say they will look into it and that the turnaround time is at least a week!
This is unacceptable from a company that is looking to gain market share. My bill is paid on time every month (I have 3 contracts with cell c), but now that the service has been disrupted for so long what recourse do I have? Perhaps I should look into sending a mail to ICASA.
Now I expect a consultant from cell c will give me a call, again, to say they will look into the matter, again. But someone has already called me twice! I have forwarded the network fault logging form so please do not ask me to do it again. If this is not resolved in the next 2 days, I doubt that I will renew any of my contracts.
