I send a Hello Peter last week regarding my BB that has been and that the PIn could not be suspended. A lady phoned me on Thursday confirming that the BBM pin has been suspended. The only problem is that they suspended the ONE I AM CURRENTLY USING. I have been trying since Thursday to get hold of her or someone to fix this, i have sent several emails but no response. I have been sitting with out my phone functioning for 5 days now. I am not happy with Vodacom's service. I WANT MY CONTRACT SUSPENDED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, I DO NOT WANT TO USE VODACOM ANY LONGER, THE SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR!!! I want this sorted out TODAY - MONDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2013!
