On the 18th of November I sent technical support an email asking them to assist me with my mail box, it is full and I cannot log on to it using their site, it tells me the email address does not exist (been using it over 10 years now, I think I know it). So i waited over 48 hours until I emailed again only to then get a response asking me for more details, I immediately replied and waited yet again over 48 hours, it is now one week later since the initial email and I still have not heard back!! This is absolutely pathetic. Going off MWEB very fast. This email is of major importance to me as my medical bills go to it and I was hospitalised last month and need to get those bills!!!
