I signed up for an Mweb account on the 30th of January, and created an email alias for an [Email Removed] email address. Since the 1st of February, I have received 4 spam messages (Loan adverts, virus warnings, Nigerian casino) on this brand new email address which I have not shared with anyone. I have had several Gmail addresses for years now, and my Spam folder on the one I use most receives an average of 2 spam emails per week, not 2 a day.
Thanks Mweb for sharing my new email address with a spammers all over.
This is one of many issues I've had with Mweb since I signed up, and I haven't even had the chance to use the service I signed up for yet. Mweb does a good job with first impressions.
