Hi all, I see that clearly im not the only victim of a very difficult process with absolutely no response! After wasting airtime, time and patience I have finally decided that this is enough, it is ridiculous that a business can put us, their supposed "valued" customers through such turmoil! Literally for the last month and a half i have had nothing But head aches and just plain neglect from the 8ta team. In September I went into the waterfront branch to apply for a promotional wifi contract that was going for R399 includine the device, an offer which was printed on the brochure to be valid for atleast another week. I had been in the day before where i was immediately approved for the package but had to return the following day as i was short a document, now i signed what i needed to and then they tell me that the package is no longer available! apparently an IT error, however I was assured that I could still purchase my package and they will call to notify me when it has been activated for me to start using it, as It is a hassle for me to go back and forth to the waterfront i wanted to sort out everything there and then to avoid that.
