I have been trying to load additional data onto both my and my husbands phones... Everyone had a diff story and then after being charged for the data (that I never received) I was told it can't be done? The next person was able to load data onto my phone but not my husbands! 3 weeks later still no data and everyone is completely useless!
I have emailed via the website and called the call centre several times... No help at all!
I am sick to death of Nashua mobile as a wholes incompetence!! I will never ever take out another contract with Nashua mobile and am counting down the days till this contract ends!
I would like my husbands data loaded ASAP and I would like that charges reversed for the data I never received!
I would like someone who knows what's going on to contact me urgently!
