My phone broke so I sent in to be repaired. I am on the extreme Data package for my internet so I needed the new settings for my new phone. Nashua Mobile tells me that they can't give me the settings because the product is not available any more but Nashua continues to charge me for the service which I am not allowed to use. So now my Nokia Lumia 920 is as good as a Nokia 3310 because I don't have the internet for it.
When where they going to tell me that the service is no longer running and when where they going to stop charging me for it.
If you charge me for a service and deny me access to it or not allow me to use it, it is called.
