Why do we put up with this outrageous lack of Telkom service.
We had a huge storm last Friday in Cape Town. Granted.
I phoned Sunday 8am when they opened.
Promised they would see to it. Called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday my sister phoned, as did Afrihost my server.
Why do we tolerate this appalling service??? Why are these people allowed to dominate this basic service.
I asked to talk to a supervisor on Wednesday at 8 15 am. He's not in yet. And there the problem.
Does anyone know how much longer I'll have to wait??? Leona
