I have been waiting for 3 months now to receive my phone from mtn. This has gone on so long and it is not acceptable at all. Every month I'm paying mtn for a phone that I'm not even using, this is not fair. If you can remember to collect your money from me why is it difficult to look at my dilemma and solve it. Regional Manager I beg you please give me my phone already.
