After numerous complaints/phone calls from Gawain at our local MTN store, the same generic response we keep getting is "thank you for taking the time" etc, etc! And that "the matter has been escalated". I am getting sick and tired of waiting. I refuse to pay anything this month - why should I, if I still don't have a phone! In the nearly 2 months that I've taken out the contract, I've only had the phone for TWO WEEKS! Most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced from any company! And to think I switched to MTN from Vodacom - biggest mistake ever!!!
