Vodacom poor response to complaint of poor interne

I recently reported that I was often unable to connect using Vodacom USM modem in Sea Point. If I could connect, I often lost the connection (this often happened making calls too).
VODACOM ADMITTED THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS IN SEA POINT.
I think this is due to the dropping of the 10 year contact for receivers on Oceanview flats on the Beach Road.
I used 3GB in 3 weeks. I think this is in large part due to repeated attempts to upload and download work files.

Initially Vodacom responded immediately then after the admission they dragged their feet.
Today I was to, d they would not make any adjustments.

I have bought a Cell C modem and so far it works great.

If anyone else is having a problem this is food for thought.
