30/01/2013 - 8:13am, i increased my called limit to R120.00
30/01/2013 - 11:59am call Vodacom 111 services, to be told that there is a delay in the process of unblocking lines. Zanele had asked if i want the line to be unblocked immediately, i can remove the call limit and it will be done instantly however i need to call back on the 01/02/2013 to re installed the call limited. So i asked for the limit to be removed. then i was asked if the account holder was present with me (the contract is on my hubby's name) i said no, then she cud not remove the call limit. to avoid, this longer wait, he suggest incresing the limited to R50.00 (inital limited was R20.00), as it may speed up the process. then i was put on hold and she back to tell me there is a back log in unblocking, however she will monitor the line and call me back bet 1pm or 12pm
30/01/2013 2:35pm: i call vodacom back as i had receive an sms from vodacom stating that my call limited has been removed. then the next sms comes, you call limited has been increasing to R171.00. i called the call centre and the consultant wants to tell me that my call limited increase was only activate at 2:00pm therefore extending the wait fo
