I have been waiting since 28/12/2012 for anybody at MTN to confirm that my contract has been changed from Voice to Data in order for me to obtain a Galaxy Note. I have in the interim lodged 2 complaints (MTN REQ:1666522 & MTN REQ:1632840) on their web site and have made calls (Ref: 95333981) to them... and yet not a single person bothers to do a response or give me any answers! I would like to know when action will be taken; as I am 100% sure my Debit Order will be deducted by tomorrow??? Wonder what I am paying for!!! Can someone PLEASE contact me to resolve this!
