Terrible Service

It has taken some 3 weeks of trying to move my corporate cellphone (renewal date imminent) onto a private contract. 1st week was approx. 4 visits to MTN Tygervalley, fully armed with all the necessary Corporate permissions, application forms, supporting credit documents etc. Every time, a different assistant who could not access my account/number due to Chinese walls between corporate & retail. Finally this week, back to first assistant who submitted all documents. Complained to Manager about lack of follow-up/feedback from previous week. Got another promise of 24 hour turnaround. Forced them to contact me following day, which they did, but only to say, "no success, still trying." Today is Friday of 3rd week and walked in to store (umpteenth time) only to learn that still no success. (There was no other feedback like a call/email.) Got name of Regional Manager of Mtn and called to complain. At first attempt, was redirected away from the RM and sent to someone who 'would solve problem'.
