ROTTEN SERVICE SECOND TIME AROUND

I applied for this contract 5 weeks ago, supplying e-mail, landline and cell numbers. An attempt was made to reach me on the cell no to inform me that I need to supply supporting documents and when I was not available on that number my application was rejected. I was not informed about this in any way at all. When I phoned about the progress after about 3 weeks I was informed about the cancellation. I sent through the necessary documents on the 22nd. I HAD NOT THE SMALLEST SQUEAK FROM ANYONE SINCE THEN. Today I called to discover that my application has been rejected AGAIN, as my bank account name differs from my ID name - as a professional person my account is in my calling name. I fully understand the argument, I just do not understand why no-one communicated this back to me? I could have immediately supplied a letter from my bank verifying my account. Instead, a further week passed with no progress. The second person I spoke to today, a lady named Nambeko, asked me to hold on when I asked to speak to a supervisor and I clearly heard her ask a Jackie next to her to take the call "so that she (being me) can hear a different voice"! SERIOUSLY!
After which she cut me off.
