Losing airtime

I'm losing airtime and i'm not phoning anyone. This has been happening for a while. I went to an MTN store. THey changed some settings on my phone but yet I am still losing airtime.
I've been trying to phone MTN but cannot get though at all. I've tried several of their numbers for the last week. Can someone from MTN please phone me.
