DOES Anyone at MTN KNOW WHATS THEY DOING??!!

I am losing my loyatilly to MTN. I purchase R60 airtime and purchase BIS settings on the 24/06. I got Free R30 Airtime, but no bis, I called the call centre for help and no one can help all the agents says rebot the phone, I did a few times and still didnt work. I went to the MTN Store and called the centre again on the 26/06. and they reboted the phone as well. Nonsense, I think your staff is useless. One agent said the networf was done and they restored it. So I should be up and running last night. Still no joy!! Mtn needs to train it staff!! I need my BIS TO WORK today. I need my phone for work purpose and I am losing business because of your poor service??? can someone help me or refund my R60 today!!! The R30 free airtime you gave was taken back. The BIS Setting must take effect from today, I refuse to pay for 3days that I got no service!! I am sure vodacom and cell c dont give these issuses.
