On Saturday my 2 cellphones got and i called the all center to have them blocked and advised that i need to buy a sim card, rica it and then call in to do the sim swaps. on Monday i called twice and the ladies were either just not in the mood to assist me or were tired cos they were on the late shift. last night i called again and the call was answered by a very rude and arrogant agent whos name i didn't get and he was very impatient and unhelpful and kept having back ground conversations with his friend and making comments about me and then just decided to drop the call. my sim swap is still not done!!!
