When my husband took out a contract for me Marissa told us that it should be in my husbands name and he should give me signing powers that was wrong info and after a long battle Clara told us we should transfer the contract into my name. After I received the first account I noticed I was overcharged I spoke to Clara and she said they charged me transfer fees and I was allocated an extra amount on my account I was charged but I was not given the amount and that they will reimburse me and it could take up to 21 working days but in the meantime they will debit my account with the larger amount. How arrogant is Mtn when they made the error from day one I must cough up in the meantime. It was a big mistake to get a contact from Mtn who clearly don't know their own policies. They gave me wrong info to start off with.
