Cell C and WASP

I, like countless of your customers, was recently a victim of a WASP subscription service which I did not subscribe to. I don't want my money back, all I care for is for Cell C to protect us, their paying customers, from these abusive providers. Why don't you, like Vodacom and Telkom Mobile, provide for a double opt in to these services? Is it because you make a lot of money out of them and don't care much for your customers? All I ask for is a double opt in option, nothing more, nothing less.
