Cell C is bad bAD BAD!!! Since May 2013 various calls were made to both Cell C and WASP (also those they administer) to stop unauthorized deductions from cell phone account. Received various promises as well as confirmations from both Cell C & Wasp that further deductions will stop. However... it was nothing but a lie. The deductions never stop. Received so many reference numbers etc. yet it appears that it is only a smoke screen. Cell C call desk escalated the case to management but they never respond. They don't care! In my opinion there is probably an agreement between Cell C and WASP - a collaboration or conspiracy that make these kind of deductions not only possible, but also continue ad in finitum. The customer means nothing as long as they can deduct their money. I have 5 accounts with Cell C... I am now thinking of moving them all to another service provider where I have control over my accounts. I am now tired of calling everyday and going through the same procedure asis I never complained before. PATHETIC!!!
