I guess you have heard it all before, looking on the myriad of complaints you received for your subscription services. Yes, R123 odd was deducted from my Cell C account and no I did not in any way subscribe to your services. Your services offer no value and you know it. It is only a money making scheme. The cell phone providers are also complicit in this. At least Vodacom has a double opt in option unlike the other service providers who can't care less because they are also making money. I will personally lobby for legislation against this unfair business practise. Refund me for the unauthorised billing. Thank you.
