We went re-new our contract with Nashua The Glen on 9/10 November 2013.

With the new contract we get a DSTV Drifter and Samsung Tablet. We applied for this due to the fact that my wife needs a computer for her varsity studies and assignments.

When making enquiries at the store during the course of this week we were informed by one of the sales ladies that she cant understand how that is possible as customer who came in on the 14th has already collected their devices.

This shop seriously needs training and seems as if management in the stores are absent.

Youngsters are hired to run and manage the shop on their own without the necessary support at management level.

I would like to receive response by close of business alternatively we will cancel the contract and approach another service provider.
