Poor handling of Customer complaint

On the 21st Dec I bought a sim card to do a sim swap however the sim card did not work, I phoned the branch on the 4th Jan and spoke to Sibusiso before I could relate my story he advised that he will call me back as he was busy with the customer I then phoned back an hour later and he told me the same thing. I then went to another shop to do a sim swap again. On Monday the 6th I phoned the store again and was told that Sibusiso was off and I related my query to Linda who was not sympathetic at all he made me feel like my R50 query was unnecessary. He insisted that I must come into the store. However after a lengthy conversation in which I was explaining to him that it would be an inconvenience and expensive for me to drive back to the store as I live about 40 km away from their store he eventually promised to call me back and I am still waiting. I would like the store to refund my R50 of the sim card.
