Telkom mobile not off to a good start

I received my new Telkom Mobile contract phone and sim yesterday. According to them I would receive the phone and the sim will be activated.

Now it turns out I need to go to a store!!! Since there are not that many stores it is a huge inconvenience.

At least Vodacom and MTN can help you remotely and they have much more stores.

Not impressed.
