I upgraded my contract with Altech in June, subsequently in August my phone was damaged, I took it for repairs @ the same store I bought as per the insurance requirement; Evelyn took it in, she indicated that I'll be called after 6 weeks. To this day I'm yet to receive feedback about my phone, in fact I took initiative to call & she basically told me where to get off" when I enquired why I wasn't receiving feedback since she has confirmed that my phone was back from repairs. Evelyn told me that for her to assist me I must beg to speak to her manager. I then called the head office twice, firstly spoke to Nico then Thoko who also did nothing about my query. Thoko promised that her manager will call me back & I'm still waiting for his/her call meanwhile my account is debited every month for a phone and insurance on the phone piece I don't have. Furthermore, Altech included services that I did not approve in my account and Nico assisted me to remove these services and he has advised me that they will investigate. To this day nothing was communicated to me regarding the findings of such. For the past 4 months I have been paying for something that I don't have.
