Greatful for Good Service

My wife and I was in Tygervalley on Sunday (07/07/2013), looking for a iPad Mini Contract. None of the stores had the spesific one in stock that we were looking at getting, including 8ta/Telkom Mobile. The gentleman that assisted us, David, if i have his name correct, made sure to phone some of the surrounding 8ta/Telkom Mobile stores to find us the product we required. he said that he would phone us when he has spoken to the other stores. now, being in South AFrica and the standard of service we receive everywhere else, i did not think that he would actually phone back, but we were hardly out of the store when he rang us up to say that another store has one in stock. when asking if he could please ask them to reserve the product, he kindly informed us that he already did so.

i would thus just like to thank David (???) for his service that he provided to my wife and myself and thanks to him, my wife can enjoy her new toy!!

i wish we could all experience such good service!!
