Where do I start. I ordered a Ipad from 8ta on 30/0902013. I was not told that I have been approved! On saturday 2/11/2013 money is debited from my account! No service has been provided! After shouting at them I finally received an explanation. Monday 11/11/2013 I recieve the Ipad. Again no one notifies me! It is now Thursday 14/11/2013. There is zero connectivity! I have phoned them atleast 5 times, once they dropped the call, and nothing is done! 8ta staff is useless!! Effectively I have spent more money to get this device working than on the monthly subscription!! Please fetch your Ipad and refund me!!
