MISLEADING INFORMATION

Ref nr 1026178-11/21/2013 on 21 Nov 2013 after I've received a call, encouraging me to convert my pre-paid Telkom line to an open line with a facility for free calls 7 to 7. I had a credit of R600 on my pre-paid and was assured that it would be carried over to the 'new' line. Enquired again on 27 December 2013 and was assured someone would contact me. Nothing happened. Can't reach the call centre 0800130130!! Enquired again today, 8/1//2014 and no positive feedback yet. I have been deceived and I am NOT prepared to lose my R600 Customer service at the counter can only refer me to the call centre because 'my profile has been removed' Received the first account with a conversion fee that I was not warned about. Received another account today, with interest! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THIS CONTRACT/SERVICE DISCONTINUED.
