Your sales assistant Danny who just gave me the worst assistance after I asked a simple question has just affected my really jolly mood. The manager Bates showed no sympathy regarding me being upset. I really wish I could cancel this contract and stop supporting this poor customer service levels!!! The worst is the fact that when you walk into the store you don't even get greeted. You have to go stand next to the tea party and ask for assistance, and if you tell the person they are being rude they don't even care and just start talking in a language you don't understand with other sales assistants. Tell me is this right??? And aren't these people suppose to be wearing name tags??? When I ASKED Dan where his name tag is he said it's none of my business. I can't believe the way your staff stays seated, slouching with no respect. It's disgraceful and disgusting.
