While using the wedding registry service at Mr Price Home in Claremont I asked 2 sales people to assist me as the registry printout was not very descriptive and required checking bar codes - the first sales person clearly felt packing stock was more important than assisting a customer and quickly disappeared every time I turned around to seek her help and when I finally managed to get hold of a second sales person - she was incredibly aggressive and downright rude about being disturbed - when I complained to the manager she said she would deal with the rude sales person in question but this same sales person in question walked passed as I was talking to the manager and continued to be rude and deny that she had done anything wrong. I was frankly appalled at what can only be described as pathetic customer service. I will never shop there again.
