It is about the fourth time I walk into the store, looking to spend money on fish. Sales people stand around, and don't help. It happened once that one of the sales persons started to help me, but said he will have to call somebody else. He left and carried on helping somebody else, never calling the other person. After about 20 minutes I made a scene, after which I got help.
All the other times the sales people try to to look busy, not helping you. If you help yourself though, they catch you just before paying, wanting you to give their name in order to get the commission. Today I just left the shop after about 15 minutes, as I did not want to catch the Koi myself, and did not get ANY assistance from any of the sales people standing around.
