I saw a pair of sneakers for my daughter and they were not priced, then I saw the assistant and asked him if he knew where the sneakers were that were priced as I could not see them on the shelves. he then looked at me and told me to go stand in the queue and ask the person at the till for the price. I replied and said that I was not prepared to stand in the queue that was very long only to get a price because I was not going to buy them at that time I simply wanted the price. he spoke in his language that I could not understand and clicked his tongue at me and when I asked him to please speak English he ignored me and turned his back to me. I asked him for his name and he quickly ran into the store room.
This is becoming a norm in the retail stores esp in Edgars. the staff act like they are doing us a favour when need assistance. why are they called sales assistants if they don't assist clients in any way.
I will not put my foot in a Edgars store ever again because I refuse to get treated like this!
