On Saturday I went to Edgars-The Glen, I wanted a few things from the Inglot stand. Firstly the sales assistant's did not bother to assist me they just continued to unpack stock. I then asked them for the items that I wanted, &was told that they have not unpacked that stock yet. She asked me if I could come back at 4pm, which was fine as I had other things to do in the mall. I came back at 4.45pm and no one was at the stand. All the other sales assistants in the cosmetics department just watched me and no one asked if I needed any help. Finally I called one of them and was told they cant help me as they dont work with Inglot, & the Inglot sales assistant has left already. I asked for the store manager and every time someone different came to me and said the manager JUDIE is nowhere to be found. I waited half hour and then another person (not the manager) came and told me that "apparently" the items I wanted have not arrived in the stock room. So why the did they tell me to come back at 4pm then&waste my time? How can you run a store where the manager is no where to be found? No one wanted to assist and me&everyone seemed annoyed with me! What customer service! I will never go back there!
