What a disgrace, I have never been so appaled at people as I was with the staff and "manager" (not worth the shirt she was wearing) of Clicks in Sandton City. One of the staff members told a mother to leave her physically (and mentally) disabled 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER outside by the door because "she was in the way".
After the mother asked him how he could expect her to do this to a minor child, he started talking rudely to her in another language and told her to just keep on walking whereafter he laughed about it with some of the other members of staff.
What a disgrace and this on top of the general rudeness and lack of respect and assistance from their staff. I do not know how they decide on appointment but if I had to take a guess, they probably scrape the bottom of the barrell for staff who are incompetent, rude, has a lack of respect for customers who actually pay their salary and who discriminate against disabled people.
What a joke, but they expect us to support them and treat them with respect??
FYI, this after they took a parcel out of my basket and "seemed to not know where it was".
Pathetic!!! Rather go to DisChem or any other place for that matter!!!
