Cant believe how out of love I am falling with these guys

Moved into a new home in July and noticed I have no reception. Logged the call and was told that they needed to put up a tower on top of a church and that was indefinite so no reception for me at home

I was hunting for a phone for the missus as she was due an upgrade. Went to Vodacom at Canal walk thinking that this was the store that seemed to have all the latest phones only to discover the 3 we had short listed were not available. The gentleman that helped just shrugged his shoulders sorry we dont have those. I remember the experience being almost exciting to get a new mobile. They just about sucked the life out of it.

I saw a MTN package for a phone I have been eyeing for a while - saw the equivalent on the [URL Removed] website but the offer expires on the 30th November - 30 days before I am due an upgrade. I called the 0821959 number in the hope they could help a long time customer and I got the middle finger because they only offer early upgrades to people who spend in excess of R800pm

Thanks Vodacom nice to know this is how you treat an 8 year loyal customer or is loyalty based on how much you spend?
