Can't activate MyUpdates due to system issue

Good afternoon,

I recently upgraded to Elite banking andI have been trying to activate MyUpdates on my credit card for the last two weeks.

The first time I called the MyUpdates division I was informed that they couldn't access my profile on the system and they have to send the error to the internet division - I was told they would sort it out and I would receive an sms, I never did.

A few days later after receiving no feedback I called the MyUpdates division again and the consultant informed me that he couldn't access my profile - I was then advised to go into my branch.

Last week I went to the branch and the consultant had the same issue with accessing my profile but she assured me that she would keep trying throughout the day and would have it sorted out. I've heard nothing since...

I phoned the MyUpdates division this morning and was given the same story as when I first called, so I'm back to square one.

I want to activate MyUpdates for both my safety and the banks. Surely this glitch can be sorted out by someone?

MyUpdates works perfectly on my cheque account as it always has, I just want to activate it on my new credit card.

Assistance will be greatly appreciated.
