Upgraded contract and received iPhone5 & new SIM a week ago. Contact center could not activate new SIM card. Went to Centurion branch twice to activate SIM and they were also unable to activate the SIM. First told me the system was down and then that I need to buy a new SIM (R100). After a very long wait they finally logged a call with MTN.I'm very concerned because my daughter's bank account got cleaned out following a similar problem to activate a new SIM.When I raised this with the staff in the Centurion MTN branch one told me they would not empty my account, they would leave 10 cents!! This is no joke. Service is pathetic and attitudes in the Centurion branch even worse. A technical call was finally logged a week after I attempted to swap SIM cards.
