Hi my name is nicky29 I purchase a laptop and a cellphone in October 2012 only to find out the cellphone was without a simcard and the laptop was without its windows. The following day I put in an complaint but nothing happened. No feedback. I took my laptop back for repairs in April 2013 and I was requested to submit an affidavit I did as I was requested. From the time up till now not staff nor management can provide any feedback corncerning about the laptop. Every week I must phone or go to the shop but all I am hearing is excuses but not valuable information. A lot of promises but no prove that my laptop is on its way. My question is how long does an insurance claim takes because its now 6 months and I am still waiting. Do you people think that less of you're customers. Because I've been paying for a laptop that I don't have.
