Good morning I have recently purchased a contract with Vodacom this was for a laptop. I was trying to update my lap top when it asked me for the windows licence key. I looked everywhere in on the laptop even under the battery and there no code. I emailed Junaid Hansby about this matter during the week and Junaid tried to pass the buck to a different customer care support. I gave all the information that was required from Junaid and to date I have received no feedback and no product key for my windows 8 laptop. I have always received great service from Vodacom and even praised Vodacom on Hello Peter. I saddens me that I have to come here to complain when I tried dealing directly with customer care. Please can some competent resolve my situation regarding my product key for the laptop I purchased from Vodacom online. I would really like to start using my laptop for the purpose I took out this contract
