Autopage overcharges in Nov to pay Dec bonuses

Every November my account gets incorrectly billed and almost doubled. Now trying to get hold of someone other than a computer is almost impossible. After holding for over an hour I eventually got to speak to Yuban
who logged a complaint and gave me a reference no 312296 and promised to contact me within 24 hours. This is now 3 days later and no one has called. Today I have been transferred from Pillar to post. Dyne Dasheka Janine Piece and finally Stanton Greyvenstein who promised to get back to me today. We will see. What I find amazing is that this happens only every November. I very good quick way of raising funds for xmas bonuses.
If I don't get a reply today I will be ending my association with auto page that is 12 years old. I would also love to know how many other people have this problem.
