Good day

I have never receive such disgusting service ever, i regret opening an account with MTN. they service is a disgrace.

I cancelled my contract in May 2013 everything was return as they requested from me. I received a debt collector letter from MTN 2 months ago i have been handed over. I contact the branch immediately to sort it out just to find out that the branch never cancelled my contact and the person gave me some story that the account has been suspended.

Firstly i can't open any account because this stupid MTN account had listed my name at the credit beuro. I spoke to Isaac at the Menlyn branches never help which i called several time. They never gave, me feedback unless i can them.

The managers are never at work because every time i ask to speak the branch manager but then again the manger is always not in or on lunch or leave. I'm so.

I also advise all of my colleagues at work not to take out a contact with MTN because i receive the worst service ever. I will continue advising people not make use of MTN until my problem is solve.
