I had an Woolworths account which I've settled a long time ago. The account was handed over to a debt collecting agency and I've sent them proof of payment etc. They sent me a letter of cancellation and I did not hear from them again. The following year the same story, got a letter from another debt collecting agency and sent them through proof of payment etc. Once again they told me they will sort it out and I did not hear from them again. Now today 13-06-2013 a debt collector came to my work place with another letter from a different company??? What the is going on at Woolworths??? I tried phoning them but they could not assist me and just kept on giving me different numbers to contact. I am fed up with their poor and incompetent service! They need to wake up!!!
