Good Day
Early in 2013 I took time off work and went into the Branch at Sandton City and had my current account cancelled because of poor service and banking fees.
The account was removed from my Banking profile and it was cancelled and a Banking charge was reversed. This was done by a consultant in the branch.
Now all of a sudden, out of the blue, I suddenly keep getting phone calls and now an email statement, telling my current account is in arrears.
My account was closed!
How can I be in arrears?
Why am I being harassed about something I took time off work to go and sort out at the Nedbank branch.
This is typical of why I cancelled my account. Confused and poor service.
Please can someone sort this mess out for once and for all??
