Virgin Mobile - THE worst service provider in SA

I wish I could complain about bad service from Virgin Mobile, but the truth is for the last two weeks I have had NO service at all.

They first randomly deducted amounts from my account, R2200 for an R878 bill, they then didn't send through the query for a week. When I follwed up I was told to wait 48hrs to give accounts time to review. After they had reviewed and not bothered to contact me, I follwed up again. I was told that they could see there was an amount owning and they would get back to me. I gave them a day - no response. I called AGAIN and was told, yet again, to give them 48hrs - I gave them 72, still no response. I followed up agan. I was told someone would call me before they left at 4pm, no call came. I phoned at 16:45 - after waiting for 10 mins someone finally answered my call and told me that the matter had been sorted on their side and no refund was owning. After explaining to them this was incorrect, they told me they couldn;t help because it was now after 5 and accounts were closed. NEVER NEVER NEVER sign up with virgin mobile!! In addition to the above no service, they also drop calls often and their signal is poor. The are USELESS
